Our policy lasts for 7 days. We cannot offer a refund or exchange beyond 7 days.

In order to be eligible, the item must be not used and in the same condition that you ordered it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

Types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable
  • Intimate/sanitary
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase upon processing a return.


Partial refunds for an order with multiple/bulk items are applicable if the returned ones are in a resalable condition.




After the inspection of the item, an email notification will be sent confirming the receipt, processing, approval or rejection of the refund.

Upon refund approval, a credit will be issued to your credit card or the original payment method.


If in case the refund hasn’t been received yet, please check with your bank/credit card company as it may take a few business days for them to post the credit.


Regular-priced items can be refunded and we do not refund items that are sold by sale.


We only replace items that are damaged or defective.

Shipping costs for your return will be customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

Once a refund is received, the return shipping cost will be taken out of the refund.


Please secure a trackable shipping option or buy shipping insurance if the returning item is above.




The minimum assessment for repairs will cost half an hour labor.


Shipping or delivering the machine is at the customer's expense.

Equipment/machines that are within warranty terms from the suppliers.
